I am writing this letter on behalf of our Southern California Representative, Stellar Sales.

Stellar Sales has been representing Nora Lighting for over two years. During that time, they have been instrumental in our Company's growth during this period. In 1996, they were the first Nora representative to produce sales in excess of $1 million. In 1997, they were the first to exceed $2 million. Not only did they obviously have the largest sales growth of all of our representative agencies; they also had the largest growth on a percentage basis.

They have a large and fiercely loyal customer base. I believe this is a result of the consistency and regularity in which they cover their territory and assigned accounts. Additionally, the service levels they provide their customers in terms of inside sales support also contributes to their enormous success.

Their office staff is well trained and very knowledgeable, both in terms of product and customers. They always present us with complete orders and clear instructions. They can be counted on to accurately communicate with the distributors and to do so in a timely fashion.

In short, Stellar Sales is one of the most professional agencies in our Company. I only wish we had about ten more like them.
